    Alan is recognised as one of the most senior media men in Australia. He gained his early skills working at McCann Erickson and JWT before joining the first independent media agency in Australia, Merchant & Partners as Managing Director and became the largest media agency in Australia. The agency was later acquired to become Initiative Australia and Alan became CEO and then Chairman for the next 15 years. He has been a member of some of the Australian industry’s most pivotal committees most notably awarding the contract for people meters and was also involved in the de regulation of the media commission system. He has recently been involved in consulting to digital agencies, M&A activities and mobile marketing specialists.

    Richard was CEO of Aegis Media/Carat in Australia & New Zealand for 10 years and also headed Aegis Media’s interests in the Asia South region. He was on the APAC board for seven years and was instrumental in taking Carat in Australia to Ad News Media Agency of the Year for three consecutive years. In addition to his day to day workload at Kinesis, Richard has also recently overseen senior coaching and mentoring programs, corporate M&A and restructuring programs and advised on media revenue share deals.

    Allan was CEO Asia Pacific for Universal McCann and actively participated in global management and the executive board for 10 years. Allan has a vast global network and multi-cultural experience with an in-depth understanding of the various media markets across Asia Pacific. He proudly claims two Cannes Media Lions Awards under his remit which also achieved Grand Prix status in their respective years (2002 and 2006). Among Allan’s most recent projects include skills training programs to help media owners connect with agency strategists, white-label web-based programs, strategic planning and mobile marketing.

    Peter is an extremely well respected media/marketing/research professional. Peter's career to date has spanned two related paths - a distinguished career in advertising/media agencies and for the last 10 years, leading Australia's largest media research company – Nielsen. Prior to Nielsen, Peter was MD and Chief Negotiating Officer of Zenith Media. As a founding architect, Zenith's creation was industry changing and at the time was the largest media agency with billings exceeding $1 billion. At Nielsen, Peter oversaw the full gambit of media services and audience measurement to the industry – TV measurement (OzTAM and Regional TAM); Radio measurement (CRA); Online audience measurement (IAB); advertising volume and spend data (AIS/AdEx); single source lifestyle/attitudinal surveys (Consumer & Media View); NM Incite and Buzz Metrics (social media) and numerous specialist media studies. Previously Peter was President of the MFA (Media Federation), Chairman of the ABC (Audit Bureau) and Board member of the CAB (Circulations Audit Bureau).
