    Kinesis Media have assisted this company with their preparations for future sale, helping the owners prepare for the due diligence that is applied during this process. In doing so, we were able to identify some significant structural and financial areas that needed attention. The result was the company presented in a much more positive light than would have otherwise been the case, with a significant increase in value as a result.

  2. Advice and Search

    Kinesis Media were approached by a financial institution for advice and search for acquisitions in the digital field. We were able to bring in the appropriate specialist expertise to help the client understand the capabilities required and identify targets for acquisition.
